That's kind of the idea. I'm not so foolish as to expect everybody will play nice and leave us alone, but I am hoping that we might be able to foster a region in the surrounding area where people largely have each others backs and encourage a bit of civilization. Especially, all I've ever really wanted to see with a Brodgar style town was the development of more complex arrangements of trade and business between people.

It's brilliant that Jorb recognises and supports your achievements and Brodgar 2013 is looking amazing. Anyone who attempts to spoil what you have going there should feel really bad.

The addition of the Brodgar Herald is lovely, everytime I read about your lives there i'm sooo tempted, if only I wasn't such a hermit!

Believe me, that's all I've seen from the people of Brodgar since I moved here. It's been people helping each other out and trading their services for goods and vice versa. I'm glad I could be apart of this village.

I got to thinking what the villagers of Brodgar would look like during a raid, so I googled "peasant revolt" and the rest is history.
