Looks like we have a math problem here. Let's try to solve this collectively.
First a base example:
We are assuming that strength is constant in all cases. To make it easy, we'll use 10 STR.
q10 b12 has base dmg 500
The formula is (as far as I know):
BASE_DMG * sqrt(sqrt(quality*Strength)/10)
So it's
500 * sqrt(sqrt(100)/10)
500 * sqrt(10/10)
500 * sqrt(1)
500 * 1
= 500 damage
Now the real deal:
q93 b12
500 * sqrt(sqrt(93*10)/10)
500 * 1.7463...
~ 873 dmg
q136 b12
500 * sqrt(sqrt(136*10)/10)
500 * 1.9203...
~ 960 dmg
Difference is 87 damage which is 9.96% difference
Another example:
Str. 100
q93 b12
500 * sqrt(sqrt(93*100)/10)
500 * 3.1054...
~ 1552 dmg
q136 b12
500 * sqrt(sqrt(136*100)/10)
500 * 3.4149...
~ 1707 dmg
Difference is 155 dmg and again, it's 9.98% difference
The difference will always be a lim(10%) with increasing strength. (Nearing 10% but never reaching it).
Hope this clears the situation up a bit.
