It's funny, though. :D We're all farmers.

You can do whatever you want, there are no given roles. It's basically a bunch of people living in an agreement to act civilized and trade in a peaceful and productive manner. You're not gonna be given a cave or a minehole just because you say you want to be a miner, you'll have to find one yourself. Also I would suggest you join Brodgar now while we still have trees left. That sound familiar to anyone?

Hi all,

I started in the town some days ago.

First feeling is much more fun than my previous hermit experience.

I just collected the 6000 xp points necessary to stake a claim. I planned to settle on S3E5 if this makes no problem for anybody.

I'm a peacefull player who prefer to trade and interact with other players than killing them. I allready know Smoobs and Astridax who seem to be cool guys as they helped me at once.

Voila...

BTW : i noticed in West of the town a village called tomatoe farm. Doeas anybody know who they are ? friendly or not ?

Tomatoes farm are friendly.

Here is the latest city map. Lots of developments in the last few days. Any chance we can have it gridified? ;-)

I think town population is now pushing seventy. We are getting close to W6 Brodgar levels.

If I were to start at Brodgar, would it be possible to take two grids in a bad area, say n5e6 & n5e7 where the river takes up most of the plots and it would equal out?

Not sure how that would work out. I notice you wouldn't be able to fully enclose the entire grid in a palisade but you still get a rather large chunk of land to live on.
