Just because you can't insta-gib someone when they're moving does not mean movement combat was removed. Though the lack of death does seem a little carebeary. Though hermits and generally weaker players seem to not be too affected by this.
I would like it if there was some fix so people can't drown themselves to prevent the opponents l00t. Heard some pretty funny stories of how hard it is to kill someone without them drowning.
