I don't know the scripting language used by the clients well enough. A script can't send data to a site the client doesn't allow, though. So if a script can run a keylogger, I would suggest not using said client.

Or download a packet sniffer that can sniff certain things like java, make it sniff Java (disable checking for updates and close anything else java related)
