i know this feeling
What I did this world was create a forager and a farmer. I used my forager to collect curios and other things. After I built him up (45perception/80exp/85survival i think) I created 2 new foragers with their HF in different locations to forage(Swamp: Bluebells, Toadstools, dragonflies, etc... Near the River: Flotsams and eventually River mussels). I only increased Perception, Exploration, and Survival with the new foragers. My old forager had higher than normal Dex so I made him a Sewer/Carpenter/Survival alt. Eventually I planned to retire my old forager and keep him around as a crafter, bsmith, etc... My farmer was to also become my chef.
I did something similar last world. I had 3 foragers last world for foraging. 1 main crafting alt, my farmer, and my miner/fighter/hunter/etc...

This game has permanent death, so you will be restarting your character essentially from scratch with each death.
This game isn't permadeath.Inherit and LP Banks.
It's only permadeath to new players who don't know these things.

Pretty much
