Krikke knew exactly what is happening and when. He never managed to tell me.

Ok, personally I think he should care if you were friends/allies, but, that's just me. I guess as Nooby is one of his villagers, Krikkes loyalty has gone to him first, rightly or wrongly.

What is the business with the two pearls though, did you owe them or steal them or something? Why does Krikke say he could have killed you when he caught you? Is this connected?

It makes it sound like there's more to this than Nooby just having a funny five minutes. I know Nooby has a knack for being incredibly annoying, lol, but I'm quite surprised by his apparent bloodlust for no apparent reason.

Not that I'm saying he had a reason to kill you, neither am I sticking up for him, just trying to understand what made him do it.

The "plot" we're talking about is me mussling at his Q70 lake, because he allowed me to mussle there while he was away. After two days of mussling i uncovered the mussels I collected, yielding a pretty nice drop being a Q65 pearl and a Q23 pearl.
Then, everything started to collapse because he pretty much once caught me while mussling when he was online. We made an agreement that I will not mussle there while he is online. That fact only happened once, never again. So I suppose this was not a big concern about sending nooby to retrieve "his" pearls, which were in fact not his.
