Apparently he was upset about some curiousities beign taken or something. He and his friends are planning on leaving you soon, and potentially doing damage to your village while they are at it

Prior to this whole event, I had only just met PaleKnight and the village of the knights who say ni.

The previous night he messaged me and asked what my relationship was with the knights who say ni. I responded with that I considered us acquaintances, as we had only just met. Though from what I had seen we were both peaceful and I would like to get to know them better.

I then ask him why? He responds with "Damn, because I need an army." I then proceeded to ask why, he mentioned that the knights who say ni took 'his' curio's from his lot, ones that he raided another village for and almost died for.

I wasn't sure what to think of it, though I welcomed him to join our village, should his situation there not work out for him. Though saying this, I still wanted to get the full story of what was going on. I got in contact with The Knights who Say Ni's law speaker and then learned of their side to the story. Having heard both sides of the story, it seemed pretty obvious to me that Paleknight was caught stealing. So I decided against letting him join our village. I also did what any good Hearthling would do, and warn their village leadership what he said to me, and asked me to to.

I only see that you brought this on yourselves, you came to another honest individual, and I wasn't about to keep your secret of betrayal to myself knowing what you had really done and planned to do.

Welp, this sounds like justice. And better than he deserved.

Not only was he a self-serving individual, he was raiding from nearby villages without notifying the Knights, as I gather from the context here. That's enough grounds for me.

That he tried to make it even dirtier by asking for assistance to murder the whole village just because he didn't like being reprimanded for taking more than he gave is a pretty solid example of a temper tantrum. Loose cannons are only tolerable if they're loyal.

I don't know the knights but I've had words with one of the members, as well as read their reputation on these forums, and they're a lot more trustworthy and hard working than a lot of the riff-raff out there.

We are bent on killing them to stop them from killing more villages they attack any village they can and back stab the ones they cant. they are not a village that should be around, but i understand and appreciate your feed back.

It is one thing to raid ocassionally, another to try and backstab your own village. We dont attack allies or own villagers (without them trying to get us killed first, at least )

Im in the village of the Knights that Say Ni, and they have been nothing but kind and generous to me. Helped me in my newness and allowed me to train and get stronger. But from what I have seen of Lady and Pale (supposedly a couple) is that pale would log on only long enough to study more curio and log off, and then lady would be the one swopping and stealing from the community property. another villager called her out on it and was angrily yelled at. I wanted to stay out of it, but both of their behaviors were shady and looking at their plots just from the outside would indicate some hoarding.

Thijssnl and his folk have always been good people and I'm inclined to believe that this is still the case. The testimonial and character evidence is pretty damning here. I hope all was resolved as violently as it should have been and that everyone learned their lesson. =)
