While I question the teaching methods a bit, I'm in. I'd like to be on this ride to see where it goes.

Seeing as this is militaristic in nature, I would take a lesson on the themes found in bootcamps. Tests, I will concede, could be done competitively, though I do not think learning should be a jarring experience much of the whole way through.

If you are not looking at privatizing this as a business, I would honestly look into seeing if this place could become self-sustaining. It would be interesting to see graduating students become caretakers of the Warring Society Dojo.
