New Brodgar (Not to be confused with the other Village)

Robben is a great guy and was leading the small newb learning base we set up for a short while, where he supported the players and helped the town progress. he has always wanted to do this brodgar project and I think he'd really push for it to work.

theres many issues with brodgar and it really goes against most of the advice I would give to anyone setting up a town, but that's what makes it unique, and it's always larger in numbers and you mix potentially with people u wouldn't really get to meet and maybe then and tony pointed out you have the opportunity to move off and do ur own thing with others u meet and establish ur own towns etc.

this game is dull when it lacks people to support you and play alongside you. I hermitted a long while in world 4 and if it wasn't for those players and villagers around I'd have probably not stuck around.

I do wish people wouldn't just simply find it fun and amusing to destroy a project like this, although I am sure many will, just for the sake of being able to do it.

The original "spirit of Brodgar" we ever had was in W6 under Yolan, when you when thrue blood, sweat and sometimes tears to get thrue the day, make new friends and FEEL like you are a whole. THAT is what I miss the most, general noobs who dooch around and have fun, who would ever play with a boar in a game of tag if not the fun? And the fact that mostly everyone was helpfull, and if you asked, some people would help you out.

So that is real fun looking how newbs doing nothing and keep storing 10q wheat in clay pots? U just saying that being worthless noob is "SO FUN AND COOL". Found own village and name it "kill us please we beg uh please". U need no Old Brodgar to die or have fun with newbs and quit after 2 weeks leaving horrible looking plot that is closed coz ur to dump to give keys back.

All this walls of text about "how cool open city is" is just so idiotic. Why would it be cool? Game is not that developed to just enjoy freetime in HnH. U will just get robbered by own brodgarians before u can put a pali, then killed from anyq sling by raiders coz u are newb and even cant make leather armor or keep gates closed.

Instead of making some more smarter layout of "free village" and input some work in brickwalls this "leader" just made most easy shit - build keep and left everything other to newbs. Btw keep even dont have gate.

Look at real Brodgar! We try to evolve! U just doing same mistake as it was in begining of world. Demo did hard work to make safe village to newbs that can easily earn right to live there, in safety, without sneaky newbs that steal ur rabbit hides, without fear of raiders, with helpful ppl that would surely help you in way they can. And all this for some newb appear and start Brodgar Deathtrap again. U can even put trademark sign after word "Brodgar Deathtrap".

U ever saw first Brodgar this world? Horrified wound on map, tourtured by every faction, numberless useless newb plots that just waste space........ good fucking luck with this useless fucking shit again.
