As you are free to code a client in any programming language yourself i wouldn't consider it formal bureaucracy ( the bureaucracy for client is made by Oracle)

But a funny reply of yours! :)

sorry for highjacking jcm!

OP just went full retard! ¦]
1st. you should have made a name for yourself in game first.(How can you guarantee trust when only your friends know who you are or what you do) - the enemies friends are my enemies yo'.
2nd. dont be a smartass in a game where alot of people are smarter than you.(I bet you just taught hey i read a book and want to make everyone also read them with me) - your only using 10% of your brain.
AND
3rd. SINCE you have read the articles yourself.. you should also have a deeper understanding on how many loopholes can be exploited. and dont tell me you dont. - you only live once brah.

i suggest you listen to loftar's suggestion(who wouldnt?) and re open thread when you have the blueprint ready instead of jumping into construction with your head behind your ass. 8-)

You realize I'm continually updating the bylaws until the meeting occurs.

If you or any of your friends find it unlikely to work I ask you to test it to see what can happen before you scuttle it as an idea in whole.

It's an interesting idea, but there are practical issues that make it hard to succeed. Many serious LSs are already too busy and would not be willing to commit to extra bureaucracy and regular meetings. And since time is limited, especially for those of us who work all day iirl, the time one would dedicate to this parliament's matters will be a time he is not taking care of his villagers, ramchecking, or securing his nodes.

Another question is that this presupposes people would follow rules and decrees. But, you see, some factions can't even control their own people, and this is a much bigger organization than a dozen players with similar interests. Besides, a few veterans have already said that in this world people are much less willing to interact diplomatically. Many of those who are, as I mentioned, are too busy with their own villagers or just trying to survive. It seems there's simply too much yolo-swag for this to work.

OP dont get the wrong idea. I like something like this to succeed. But they way your approaching it is a bit too hard for simple minded people like me.
