Learn to read please. I did not say IP Block, I said an IP cool down. People are creating alts in quick sessions at a specific location. If you limit the amount of players a specific IP can make a day then they cannot alt spam as bad. Example, a player creation of 3 players PER DAY or some period of time from a specific IP

I know that's what you meant, but it's still the worst idea. It takes 3 clicks to switch a proxy.

siege mechanics need fixes too. We have some kind of balance today and every fix can destroy it.
