For all those interested here is how we raided the city.
We used a well known bug between core Dis/AD members called bear vision to begin with.
You can search for it on the forums it is well documented.
Them with it we went over to the minehole and unblocked it.
This happens because of a bug that removes your characters hitbox but can never cross water or interact again.
After that you HAVE to kill the character and inherit.
Moral of the story is don't have a minehole blocked by signs.

I heard AD used the bug where you can turn into an eagle and fly over the walls.
