So I heard talk of Troll visiting WaffleEggnog/Norris's village on a regular basis so I PM'd him asking for a port nearby.
For some reason I was given a port right beside the walls
...
Norris then proceeded to message one of Tylur's villagers and asked them to take refuge
He then oathed himself straight to my idol

Please specify, who exactly gave you XR sign. Norris? Why would he do so, your opinion?
Judging from oath part, he treated you and your village as his friends till the end. Pardon me if I'm wrong, but this raid looks like a huge backstab. Not that Troll wasn't aware of corner glitch, he obviously was, but you just got there earlier.

I have traded once or twice with Norris and his villagers in the last few weeks. During this deal he managed to piss me off decently. Originally, he wanted to buy a q114 mulberry seed from me but he did not yet have the pearls to do so. I then gave him a q97 seed for free along with some q80+ soil as a way to secure the trade later for the higher q. A few days go by and he messages me and I tell him the price of 250 points. He then tries to tell me that I'd stated 200 points before and was trying to jew me down to that. (Ramones sells q115+ for 500 points, so it was already half price) I reject his offer and tell him it's 250. Shortly after, his LS Katan messages me about the trade and attempts to give me 150 points for it. Trying to trick me when I have chatlogs of a deal will not make me like you very much.

We're not allied or anything and I had heard of Troll having a lot of fun 3v1'ing them etc etc. I was too lazy to run over there to shoot at them so I decided to ask Norris himself for a CR to pick up Troll's scents from the murder. Not even 5 mins later I had a CR right to their walls.

He then asked one of Tyler's villagers to oath over to their idol. He didn't know who they were and from what I understand it was the same as some random person asking him to port over to them and he did it. (Little did he know that the person he was asking to oath him was the same person who waited up for 3 hours with me camping his HF the night before)
