Either way small update on our fight against the faggotry that happened lately. Since we have given up on the area, leaving the gates to our village-to-be open for all who wish to inspect it, I guess the perpetrator got bored with his newly gained village claim, the totem still red with our and his blood. He gathered scents from the murders on the naked alts (which is bullshit in my eyes) and used them to summon us at our HF's which were outside for some stupid reason (none to blame but ourselves) and we managed to get away with our lifes intact because he was apparently too much of a lousy shot to finish us off. None the less this aggravation cannot go unpunished and we have made small plans to deal with this.

No but seriously: why would I? I don't wanna be ''that guy'' that joins a faction, eats curio's and then goes on the forum to claim I am superior to everyone because I am so no-life I can eat the most curio's and have a really good bot/script that will make me eat so much strength cheese.

This game is about simulating life at the end of the iron age (granted there's not much left of that anymore. ) and finding your own group in game and I think the social aspect of the game is the most interesting. I know y'all hate Salem and I never tried it so have no real opinion on it. But I read something about a treaty where you had to register your homestead and pay tribute to the creators of the treaty, which were apparently really strong players. I wish more like that would happen here - a forum post stating everyone living in super grid x to y, we own your territory now. Give us 1 pearl per week or your homestead will be leveled to the ground.

Villages allying with nearby villages and growing into the alliances we have now, AD, DIS, Megam8's perhaps, solving stuff with diplomacy and not by grinding strength and UA/MC. You took one of our nodes? Pay us back or we will attack the homesteads of people in your territory. You were caught hunting in our territory? Demand execution of whomever did it. Stuff like that would make this all much more interesting.

Did that stuff happen at the beginning at the world? Cause then I guess we can blame the late-world being too boring for stuff like this. Either way, end of rant, I'm not joining a faction, I'm gonna deal with this little shithead harassing us and get even for him killing 2 of ours noobs who could not defend themselves and revenge for killing my alt with an awesome name. Cause I am Brann. And I try to deal with my own problems.

AD, Dis all came from previous worlds. Ad and dis were once all under the name Of AD, until a split that occurred which is why we have two. The megam8's also split from AD this world. It works by inviting one person, who knows another guy, who has another guy, and has a guy that'll join us in combat. Protection can easily be granted upon villages, factions usually protect villages to make them more exposed so they themselves will get fights. But also, if you give, you'll be given. It's not like factions go around stomping on every puny noob and steal their pants ( We aren't like Vigilance ), factions are just a large group of players who have experience with the game. In other words, the fucking retards that stayed and played the game while jorb and loftar just watch a game that gets an update every year or two.
