All it is, is a civilized version of anarchy, which this game is not lacking by the way, I mean, think about it, some Dick gets a mob gathered outside your house, and demands all your property, the group votes yes, you vote no. The dick, of course, has the larger number in votes, so he gets your property. Which in this game, would be catastrophic.

So yeah, thank Jorbtar for the anarchy, it's more fun that way
