I clearly didn't quite manage to get my inteded scentiment accross. I wasn't launching a verbal assault, I was rather, in my own opinion, trying to tell you that, despite what you may have learnt in W6,you may need to get nasty to be nice.

I always trying to resolve things without it getting nasty, most of the time it's doable. when its not I guess we'd consider other options.
