This is the same in EVERY game, the more time you put in, the stronger your char will be. The difference with this game is that the devs are not protecting the newbs, but why should they? We all started out the same way.

Qeeet wrote:No. There are games where you have to put x days and you will reach the max lvl. Than you are the same in compare to other players in strength.

Fuck off isn't an insult. If you like the games with a lvl cap, play them. This game was designed so you can always get better.

Queet, my point about other games was simple, BEFORE you hit max level you're at a disadvantage. In Haven, there isnt a max level so that isnt relevant.
Telling someone to fuck off isnt an insult as such.
Bring up the axe if you like, I was repeating what i was told. No harm in that.

Why are you comparing those games?
I'm not saying it has to be implemented here in H&H. No.

God ya'll are boring.

Fits even better here.

New ppl - this game has been going 7 worlds now, it's not going to change just because you don't like griefers - no peaceful players like griefers but they are a legitimate part of the game the same as us, it's learning to overcome and survive that makes the game what it is. It would be a lot less exciting if everyone was lovely and farmed all day long, lol.

A thread devoted to asking them to stop is totaly futile and more likely to result in your being griefed tbh.

Also - insulting each other is just childish and gets none of you anywhere.

what the newer playerbase does not understand is, what was lost.

there has always been griefers/raiders but back before the LP change. every character meant something. with the new LP change the devs unfourtantly removed the "sting" of perma in this perma death game. another unfortunate side effect of the new LP system is the fact you can now bot for your lp.

"back in the day" (oh hell did I just say that) we had problems, there were bots that turned entire forests into buckets. and whatnot. but now you can have 10 alts with a lil prep to be 10 times more powerful(and they don't even have to be online all the time)

I feel the playerbase is what it is now, because nobody really cares anylonger. "oh wow, I just got killed, by 5 Dhelmers" (doesn't really matter as I have alts) or (doesn't really matter as they UA is like over 9000 because of botting)

bottom line. when the devs bring back the "perma" of perma-death as well as fix the bottin menace(especially with the lp forage bots) then this game will have the numbers and whatnot.

but that's my 0.02$ worth.

If it needed "a lil prep" everyone would have over 9000 UA by botting.
'back in the day' you could just instantly get lots of LP by turning forests into buckets, mining, etc.
Read Teck Knight's signature pls.
