make hearthfires have 0 soak and small hitpoints for a short time after creation and not require vandal to destroy while it is "drying"

Yes it is a good idea, but i know lot's of players who play time to time and don't really want to pay month fee and i don't see good solution for this problem. Maybe make free acounts with disabled HS spawn option and p2p accounts with full support and limited chars.

still not a problem to spawn > destroy i think, or spawn and jump CR for example (if defenfing). But it is a good solution for some situations.

I dont see any problems in limiting each account to maybe 5 chars?

I dont see any problems in creating new account for every 5 chars

Can you explain exactly why? I've never understood why it's such a problem.

Just make a butcher skill that immediately turns a dead body into a skeleton. All equips from the dead character are lost (and don't worry about harvesting human meat or hides, that's just dumb), and then you can lift the skeleton out of the way.

What exactly is the logistical problem with a solution like this?
