2)shampizle is no banned
3)shampizle continues to post poor content
4)shampizle gets warned because he is NOT banned ( twice this point, yes, you don't seem to get it )

1-He wasn't even banned for his shitposts he was banned for report function abuse.
2-He was threatned to be banned for an invalid reason
3-Everything shampizle has posted was in response to other people
4-In the case he can be warned for arguing with the people calling him random names and making fun of him then everyone that started this shit on the first 3 pages should be warned and,or banned.
He didn't get banned for his content is problem.
