Whether or not he had the right to do something is not of interest. What is of interest is: "Was Vigilance a royal asshole?" and "Should other people be more cautious about him?" :).

I don't think you mean royal, because that means "in service of a kingdom".
I think you mean if he was... You know, moral stuff. I suck at English

Yeah, I suck too :D . I was under the impression a "royal asshole" was worse than a regular "asshole", but hell my English is extremely lacking unlike Jorb's :(. He is a god .

Jorb sucks at English.
He googles "verbose" and says all the words on the list in a sequence to look cool.

Nah jk, I just can't understand most of his deep thought post words

You don't seem to understand how a village works. One person doesn't own the entire village. It's a group effort where everyone puts in an equal portion of labor and mutual benefit. Under any circumstance does a person have the right to take nearly everything of worth from the village and leave without so much as a "hey I'm taking this and never coming back." What he did was shady and uncalled for. As far as putting work in, Vigilance did nothing for anyone but himself.

I am pretty certain he was to a large extent not selfish against Gunnar and Sevenless (Salem experience speaking here). They'll have to correct me if I am wrong there.

Furthermore, who knows, maybe Vigilance has a psychological disorder which makes him unable to function like a normal human when it comes to empathy.

(Nevermind, just realized you may have meant that he did nothing for anyone else in your town)
