I had the pleasure of being the 'victim' of theft today. It seriously made me laugh.

I have a small claim for myself and when I set up the area seemed relatively unpopulated, and the two people who I did interact with were friendly. I have enough skills to get by at the moment but I don't really need a large claim at the moment because I just don't need it yet.

Outside of the area of my claim I had a kiln, which I had only used once. It was really a nuisance but I hadn't destroyed it out of laziness and the fact I didn't need the plot of land for something else just quite yet. So I never expanded my claim to cover it.

This morning I woke up to the kiln being gone and a runestone being where it was that said 'Thanks for the kiln, you fucking faggot piece of shit. Go suck a dick.'

I have to mention that not only did this idiot haul it away, which is what I was half-hoping would happen, he also used a stone that was in the way of a tree I fell too make the runestone so I could get to it.

Granted I could have gotten rid of the stone myself, but I don't like wasting things.

So no, whoever you are, thank YOU. You saved me a lot of trouble.

As if a Kiln is really something to get upset over having stolen, but I'm nowhere near as invested in this game as some people, I guess. Either way the character in question is just the first character I made to test out the game to get the feel for it.

All I know is that my Kiln was gone and the stone was there implying he took the kiln, which was gone. *shrugs*

Like I said, I haven't been playing long and I don't really give enough of a shit about the game to find out if it could actually be stolen or not. I've lifted plenty of things that didn't seem like they could be so it wasn't out there for me. The point is, someone did something thinking they were hot shit about something I literally didn't care about.
