I can confirm that there is a Brodgar in world 3 since I tried to spawn a fresh alt at their charterstone just to discover that it was pasidaded in. In addition, I recall that weeks later, it was griefed, then raided. This is due to the fact that it had no walls and no way to fend against aggressive players especially considering that it was encouraged as a newbie settling area.

Yea but since he mentioned Brodgar + New Brodgar I thought he is speaking about the "big" Brodgar that was with us under the Yolan lead at start of this world.
