Skype - Town Leader's Conference

As the title says, it would be nice to have a conference where town leaders would be gathered together. Chieftains, lawspeakers and etc.
This would provide a better understanding of the political situation. Moreover, it would be possible to make agreements over peaceful projects, like bitza's well protection [http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=32077].

Pretty sure they can only get your IP if you accept a voice chat with them which I doubt will come up in the chat.

Also, I've had LadyGoo and Koya on skype for over a year now and the only threat I had came from some totaly insignificant player not connected with any faction.
