omg thats a bad placed bwall, you can bash the south-western cornerpost and then use a chair to jump between the brick wall cornerpost & the cliff.

Didn't notice. You can also stomp to dirt and then "cliffjump" the corner of the brickwall to the other side without a chair.
I didn't wanna come there and loot the place because they don't seem like they've done anything wrong, but something wrong will happen to them by someone else if they don't fix the place.

The gate is only a minor error. The real mistake I see here is him leaving the loom outside!
