Town of Dead People

So I was exploring today when I came across this:

I was wondering if anyone has any information about this town or about the people that did this. This isn't to far from where I am and I would hate to have this happen to me.

This is a raided hermittage, the players living there probably alt spammed to watch the raiders bash their stuff.

They're quite common around the world .
