Looking for new claim owner

Hi,

I've recently built small outpost where I had my claim up and set idol to dry, someone looks like he/she wants part of that new outpost for himself. Can you PM me to discuss it? Thanks. (probably person claiming it will know which area I am talking about)

You are screwed. I'd just build a village claim and then remove the personal claim. Chances are they will never allow their account to be inactive for 30 days.

Edit: Oh you have a village claim... Problem solved then?

Pclaims take priority over vclaims on the same land. Removing that claim would be insanely tedious.
