Don't really know much about these villages...

Basically what I think I know is that Alex from old DIS owned one of them ... then quit ... somehow Lord1 or something owned it? then he got killed by his own villagers or something.. now I don't know who owns it

They are off the visible map at -172,92 near the western word edge.

looking for current owner and who they are allied too if possible.

Sorry, but your info is quite mislead.
You did get the whole, AAlex owning an idol named Singalong. After being killed by village mates in Lake Olympus, a few of the villagers from Lake Olympus moved near Alex's Singalong place. After Alex had quit, he gave Alyx the village and Damien became "Lawspeaker"/"Owner"/"Leader". I never owned the village Endless Serenity, but I was in it. I have moved from it to live in a better and more peaceful place. However we are still allied to them.
