Was raided, seeking justice

So recently, as most of you know, I just won all those pearls form BallisticMeat.

Now, apparently I'm not the only one who likes pearls in town. My place was just raided by some guys who probably knew where I lived from before-hand, since I've ran into quite a few people. They bashed my pali door and came in looking for all the shiny loots I had hidden away.



Unbeknownst to them, I had not as much seen let alone collected the prize yet, and had all my other valuables on an alt, so all they were left with was some shitty home-made hermit gear.

I have to give credit to them where credit is due; they left most of my stuff alone rather than griefing. The only thing stolen was a LC full of hermit-made things and 10 pieces of LQ hardened leather.

Many of you will probably bash me for only having a pali, but this thing is I never needed more. I've never been raided or even noticed until now. I wasn't on any HQ soil node or near and HQ clay node. I stayed very inconspicuous, and I even saw some high leveled players walk by my place like it didn't even exist, since there was no reason to raid a nooby hermit with a pali. No one cared that I existed, and I never, ever left any scents. Not to mention the fact that I've only been playing for a week or so, and a Bwall would have been very hard to get up as a single guy in that time.

I never planned on winning that contest. When I did, I thought it was a gift, but now people are after me.

Its pretty funny, there are tons of high level PvPers who you never know about until they post once a year on big raids they did, and then you forget they exist. Then here I am, a hermit who has left nothing more than a trespassing scent, and I'm a target.

I'm planning on either moving far away, and setting up another hermitage with an idol and collecting the payout, or quitting, since I'm pretty much boned past this point. I had my HS on a stone outside my pali, so now they have my name, and my kin. The place right now is sitting with the idol still lit and the door to the pali repaired, but the place is pretty much nothing to me now, since I have to move anyway.

If you are bored, feel like avenging someone or just want a fight, PM me for the co-ords of my place. Scents are all over it, free for you to collect. If someone can properly get the job done, I may have some of the pearls I won waiting for you when you get back.

I could, but all y'all know where I live now and that I have loot lol. I'd never be safe again.
I'm probs not going to quit anyway, just move 4-5 hours away and get a Bwall up asap

Honestly, in my opinion, the best way to protect yourself is by building 2 village totems, one on the surface and one underground. If you manage to build a minehole in a spot where there are no cave systems underground (got it the first time right myself) you can build yourself a vault by removing the minehole afterwards. Brickwall isn't necessary since nobody will suspect you living underground at that spot (unless scents ofc).
