If you are that person please contact me, I'd like to talk to you but you are mistaken, you didn't do anything I own it had decayed and I built it again...

It isn't creepy, he just doesn't speak english. What he mean't to say was:
"Dear sir, a time long past I had owned this estate, but I had left it and it fell into disrepair. I see you have retaken my estate.
I would like to ask some questions regarding this but you appear to be busy. Tallyho, I shall return on the morrow and perhaps we will have a chat."

It didn't seem creepy to me and I somehow understand what it feels like, I just don't want any misunderstanding between he and me it was no theft, I just found a nice place with paved tiles and I built a village there.

And the history of the previous village arouses my curiosity

Oh and I also think he didn't understand at first that I wasn't actually playing
