The matter is being considered elsewhere.

Third
Edit: I got ninja-jorbed and am now no longer third .-.
@OP people who play haven are too simple minded to this fancy document you made, like.... You could have just said "I'm making a union of villages PM me on Skype" and left out that wall of articles and sections and people would have gotten the same idea. I doubt anyone is goin to read them anyway.

I've said all I will on this topic to much before. I will say I think your intentions are good but your attempting a system ripe for abuse.

How much of this working was in H&H, and how much of it was trying to copy parliament procedure?

I'm curious why you think that parliament procedure is the best for a union of villages in H&H though. Are you just copying what's commonly done in real life government, and assume it works on the same level in a video game?

Interestingly, the same thing can be said for many real-life political situations as well. I always facepalm as hard when a new government is set up somewhere (like the recent little adventures in the middle-east, for instance), and the "international community" applies some Westminster-like constitutional copy-pasta on them, concluding that "now they have a democracy, so they will be fine!"

Elections will of course be held after the first one or two special meetings. For now I am openly making changes to the bylaws for specificity.

Oh look, democratic junk designed to waste time and get no results. just like real life!

Most villages are communal shit holes and any form of organization or law would be very counter productive to how villages are run.
