I may be new here but the fact that Bellatoris is claming massive tracts of land and not using them is a bit upsetting. I mean if they had a settlement that would be one thing but they are just claiming large portions of forest so no one can chop trees or even walk through without turning criminal acts on. I cant be the only one who thinks this is a dick move right?

You are new here and as being a new person have no real idea on why the claim is the size it is. What I suggest is that you try and contact the LS of Bellatoris and see if they are willing to help you with your issue etc. You obviously haven't tried to approach them in a mature way and have straight out launched a childish attack on the forums " oh this village is doing a dick move etc".
