Raided yesterday night.

Yesterday night while building my farm/coops, a certain man managed inside my home while I (stupidly, of course) left the front door open since i'd just left.

Most of this is my fault, and just a really bad set of timing and coincidences; essentially what happened was I had a friend who I was handing over the key to the farm and left it in a chest easy for him to grab, though he went fishing instead of nabbing it, with the front gate open. Raider came by, probably just saw that it was open and went in to grab stuff, I was just edging the screen when I noticed him and he immediately rushed to the other section of the place, opening it with the key he stole. A little chase-around-thefarm and he managed to punch me (armorless, only did 86 damage), but i escaped by getting him stuck in the door and boated off/logged off

made a few alts (only one of which he killed) to watch him as he looted, he didn't really take much (mostly sausages surprisingly enough, but he also stole my only valuable things, being a 94q smithy hammer, 82q rock axe and possibly other stuff)
he returned later to use my battering ram (which i made in order to bash the gate and make a new one on the inside) and used it to bash a hole in the wall, hearthing home soon after. I suspect the one who did the bashing is different than the one who killed my alt, as one spoke english significantly better.

the part that bothered me was he destroyed the cupboard with said valuable things, making me lose my pickaxe and such which will set me back a bit as i get more bronze to remake it; and at a lower ql now due to the lack of a high ql hammer. This also got rid of most of my mining gear and well; most of MY gear in general.

I can oath anyone over if they want to try at him, his account didn't seem that great considering the low damage and low % bypassing my defense (I have UA 50, he did 86 damage on first punch, he did 200 damage on punches vs the 1 UA alts, you do the math) but at the same time, this is all 100% my fault for not keeping decent care of my place.

Sounds like it could have been a lot of worse. Focus on fixing your wall ASAP. You do that and you will recover from this small setback soon enough, and at least you learned something valuable.

Yeah, I suspect it was lack of interest that prevented him from doing any worse; and funny enough I was the one telling my friend daily when i gave him his key "ALWAYS lock the doors if you leave, EVEN if it's just for a minute or two"
