As far as it can be seen with taking 5 min of checking other prices:

sym kev - 120 pts or 2 pearls (q120+)
kret - has q120+ but doesn't seem to offer individual cloths, might wanna check on him for price

I was selling cloths only to individuals if they asked and also had price of 2 pearls per cloth, so I think its quite nice going price.
