Those who are laughing at the price, think of it in trading/industrial investment for the future. First of all you guarantee better quality for your village, secondly you guaranty better income through trades due to higher quality/price of items you can burn and sell (coal, bricks, etc.), so sooner or later it pays off.

Ofcourse, if you can afford the invested funds in first place. But better q94 kiln (which would still be top 5 in the world I assume), than 400 pearls lying on alts/in cupboards, right?
