Sword = 2x steel x 20pts = 40pts
Steel = 20pts
Wrought = 10pts
Pickaxe = arbitrary...it's of ok q so I guess 50pts?

So the real total value would be around 260pts (5 pearls since op only takes pearls)

Good deal for you for buying this for 2 ;)

As for me, I'd like to buy all that hardened leather for a pearl.

I didnt sold things to him, i sold them for 4 pearls to one guy.
