Wine (any q) or linen cloth (any q)? As a buyer, not as a seller. I never see anybody sell these; is it because nobody wants to create more than they need and they use everything up, or is it just not worth enough to sell?

Both aren't selling so good, you have like one occasional order in weeks with this stuff. Linen is also annoying to make and when you made some you can always use it for your own village.

95q kiln - 30pts per burn viewtopic.php?f=35&t=35904&p=475045&hilit=kiln#p475045
205q board - 25pts each viewtopic.php?f=35&t=35422
50q clay - 50pts per LC (what ramones used to buy at)

2 * 25 (two loads) = 60
2 * 25 = 50
1 * 50 = 50

60 + 50 + 50 = 160 pts

That would make 100q bricks worth 160pts per LC

For kiln owner burn is free, top factions should have q100-110 kilns by now and major traders usually have access to one of those. Charging more for a good kiln usage is reasonable when it makes difference to buyer, but in this case it makes difference only to seller, which can use shittier clay. Boards are overpriced, developed village can make same with 4-6 weeks old trees leftovers, but even with that price it's 50+50 +another fair 50 for effort.

for the node owner the clay is free too (and far in excess for 50q)

So there is no way that someone should be selling 100q bricks for any more than 160pts, given that all it really costs then is two boards, and that someone can get the bricks made from bought ingredients for the 160pts.

Its not problem about having good q kiln or mediocre q clay. Its about time investment needed to do the stuff.

For some of you guys its easy to say, that it only takes 2 kiln burns, meaning that is like 2x10min + 3-4min preparations, few mins of trading, which is 30min. But for me that was 30min of pain in the ass since I had million other things to do and in that 2 burning periods 3-4 other people wanted some stuff. Meaning that I only did bricks like 1x per week and had a stock of it. I'd go crazy if I had to burn everything along the way, but its true that I had probably too many trades/day to have a normal HnH life.

But yea, having good q kiln and buying lower q clay is very nice business. Just don't forget you also need good trees/boards for that.

Thats why those who don't trade actively mention jew prices and stuff, since they don't really put the time into the effort to have best things possible to offer to people, so they can't really understand it.

All you need to do is find 2-3 flots, 2-3 bluebells, few edels and you're up to 200-250 pts in like 30min. Thats almost the same as I need to just burn the stuff and prepare it + trade with you. And the difference is, all you need to be able to do your part is to raise your forager, while I have to have good kiln, good clay, good trees. Theres whole alot of other things in backgrount than just jews ¦] :ugeek:
