Its not problem about having good q kiln or mediocre q clay. Its about time investment needed to do the stuff.
For some of you guys its easy to say, that it only takes 2 kiln burns, meaning that is like 2x10min + 3-4min preparations, few mins of trading, which is 30min. But for me that was 30min of pain in the ass since I had million other things to do and in that 2 burning periods 3-4 other people wanted some stuff. Meaning that I only did bricks like 1x per week and had a stock of it. I'd go crazy if I had to burn everything along the way, but its true that I had probably too many trades/day to have a normal HnH life.
But yea, having good q kiln and buying lower q clay is very nice business. Just don't forget you also need good trees/boards for that.
Thats why those who don't trade actively mention jew prices and stuff, since they don't really put the time into the effort to have best things possible to offer to people, so they can't really understand it.
All you need to do is find 2-3 flots, 2-3 bluebells, few edels and you're up to 200-250 pts in like 30min. Thats almost the same as I need to just burn the stuff and prepare it + trade with you. And the difference is, all you need to be able to do your part is to raise your forager, while I have to have good kiln, good clay, good trees. Theres whole alot of other things in backgrount than just jews
