Ofc it matters. If you mine level 3,4,5 with 10 con, you will die from cavein in 1 hit if you got helm or not. And caveins do happen. With that, you loose 500str char in half of a second.

If a troll spawns then who cares about a miner character, if they're on full trad.
I'd value a 500 str character with some con at maybe 12lc of decent quality mbc
more if the seller doesn't have an eating script.

dont forget a fair amount is lost in round but also dont forget you can use simple food that has a tiny chance of procing to reduce the feps needed by like 70%

With hemp and a decent table the feps can be doubled, at lower levels it won't take mbc to get a level, but there is invested time and effort to make the character.
factoring all of this in I said about 12lc of mbc, selling characters is not something that's generally done, so the prices are a bit unknown.

All of this discussion almost seems moot. Given that there is demand but seemingly no supply, any supplier who steps forward can inflate the price as much as they want. Making a 500-str alt is a pain in the ass without bots even if you have everything you need to optimize and streamline the procedure, so whoever does end up making an offer will likely be looking for a hefty profit for a botted alt account.

It also doesn't help that account trading is especially risky and the buyer has no reputation or accountability.
