This is not totally true I believe. It gets 1/3rd or something from what the table is.

Ramones what i thhink about that is simple : very random, but definitly not is ( Qwww + htable ) / 2

Ye i don't know the real calculations, but after the guy posted this someone was testing it on my table and i found q100+ (q140+) seeds on it so i was something like that. I know I tested it long time ago and it sucked, but q300 is impossible for sure.
