TL;DR he ported in without payment, picked up items and tried to port away. I aggroed him, and killed him.
He admits in the above thread that he ported in without payment(9 pearls), and therefore cannot argue he was trying to steal.

When I just started my trade topic, a guy with Skype nooby931 added me. He wanted to buy some stuff from my tropic.

When I oathed him to my totem he just took the stuff and ported out, didn't give me anything. It was stuff worth 65+ pearls. And posted this in my topic:
