q30 clay is very common, lot of such nodes so I don't think anyone will spend something for it.
q48 stones would have some value at start of the world, now with some q60+ or q70+ being sold not anymore, and people that are smelting some ore can already get such quality out of their smelters

q50 soil is also common, q60+ sells quite cheap, so I don't think you could reach price of like 50 pts for LC worth for it. You can try, though.
