Price Check on Baked Goods

Postby Squark » Thu Jul 18, 2013 2:12 am

Wanting to know how much 1 LC of each of these baked goods will go for..

Pumpkin pies cooked q43-50
Pumpkin pies uncooked q42-47

RoBs (the bread >_> of course) cooked q42-47
RoBs uncooked q35-40

Honey buns cooked q48-51
Honey buns uncooked q40-47

Also curious on how much one barrel of milk is going for at this point in the world.. around q20+

Thanks

I'd say one LC of pumpkin pies at that q would be like 1-2 pearls.
Uncooked Pies 1 pearl or something.

RoBs for the same price as the pankin pies maybe?

If we're throwing out guesses I'd put them at 100pts for RoB/Pumpkin, 75pts for honey buns (more or less what Chrismas guessed).

No one's selling milk yet but this thread is buying for ? price: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=32326

Sorry but I can't remember milk pricing at all.

Depends entirely on who you're selling it to. If you're selling it to a faction with really good ovens, uncooked is worth more to them. Smaller factions, cooked would probably be preferred to save the effort.

I'd say in the end there's no price difference, but if they want uncooked I'd say give em uncooked and save yourself some effort.

I would price robs at 125/150 per lc
Pumpkin/pea pies at 100 per lc
and honey buns etc at 75 as sevenless said

things which require butter, i'd set at more in this stage of the game, its difficult to craft in bulk, so up to 200 points per lc of apple pies/carrot cakes etc

I would base it on how accessible items are and how quick it is to make and number of ingredients it takes.

Since rob is only 6 compared to 5 agi feps, and I'm guessing most people would buy em for the agi, I think 150 might be a touch high. But you're right that they take a bit more effort. I'd change my opinion to 125/LC personally.

theyre a pain to make, and good for agility purposes. I use them even for psyche. plus honey in large quantities can be a pain to constantly get.
