Selling a bear I am about to kill, starting out fresh this world and would benefit most from a combination of the following.

Low quality carrot seeds.
Sling ( currently using q5).
Pickaxe (currently do not own one)

Also would be interested in any gear that boosts perception.

Well you didn't say any information if you live near some big village or your coords on map, so I don't know if there is an option to do so.
