I imagine you are asking the economic value of the node?. Does it have a nice Q well near?.
I bet it would be much more valuable if there is good Q endless water near, besides the taking from the river/lake.

Well that's a given, I think he's just asking the vaule of flat out Q82+ water. Which would be about 225 points a barrel considering Ramones sells his Q84 at 250 points a barrel, but like Thijsnel stated should really check the peak.
