Well dont forget you do not need to always pay with pearls! Bluebells and bears are the equivalent to pearls for me

And i may be around for a while... it seems like i've peaked interest in some folks here

Yes. it would be exactly as a trade... except rinse and repeat! I would do approximately 10 trips or so? maybe just a bit more? Just to transport the materials needed. i would then quickly load them in and start building the mansion! then collect my pay and go

It wouldnt take more than a few hours... i will have everything ready ahead of time so i will only need to transport (oath) back and forth for about 15 minutes total if everything works perfectly?

Then i need to build it! and if the owner wants to make it go faster they can have an alt or gatekeeper come over and build it with me. If cellars are going to be built you need to understand i'll be on the plot for a while. and will need access to water.

Also in the post i say less than 6 hours. thats because i was assuming i was going to bring the logs with me then chop them! but now i realize i can just set a bunch of stone mansion plots in my land, fill them up, and then do quick transporting like that! it makes it soo much easier for me and quicker for you! a mansion in like... and hour!
