How much for a q150+ ctc if i supply the bear hides?

You mean you supply the bear hides, and the other one gives wax + crafting?

I'd say bear hides are the easiest part, since the tanning+hq water+hq tubs+ wax + hq cauldron+hq water in it again + crafting abilities are way more weighted. so the hides themselves don't do much work

If q150 ctc is 15 pearls by itself, if you provide hides maybe it would be 12 or 13.
