As the post states I'd like to trade my bwalled village for a decent price (I'm thinking 20 pearls because of the size of the brick wall)

I might be willing to trade for other things if you're interested.

6 log cabins and one mansion
3 sheep and q 100 crops (pumpkin, wheat, flax, poppy, onion, peas)

q 65 soil node outside gate, q 30 pearl node and low q clay nearby

It's completely bwalled with a double gate and a walled off mine (iron with palisade on first level). It's uncontested so you could use it as a trade hub or as a village if you're getting a party together.

It's a short boat trip to a mountain (w q 40 feldspar) and swamp for curio huntin'
