17 cows set apart for milking (averageQ of 120)
27 cows for breeding (you can butcher all the milking cows and put some of these to boost Q to 150)
Its ready with cheeseracks and curding tubs, also some vinegar left and q100+ intestines
We are discussing the possibility of adding a lvl4 mine crossroad to this village.

And of all the perks there is a small problem, we dont have the gate to the brickwall but we can ram the gate if that is the buyer's desire and he makes a new one.
