City is sitting practically unused.

City's outer bwalls cover over 90 grids of square area.

Access right next door to 2 mountains. One crap q, other mid q. Bwalls are started for 2 mountains, never felt like finishing them solo

7 million authority roughly, with lake-access crossroads to most lakes in the supergrid

Village authority includes VAST crossroad placement

One mountain

q70 clay node

q65 water node (lake, not well)

q41 acre clay brick factory that is bwalled

Walled tree area (that has no trees, mind you)

q48 acre clay in a bwalled satellite.

Mining access to level 5, at least 3 level 5 iron veins that haven't been mined out, a level 5 iron mine with its own idol and bwall.

Crossroads to almost every lake in the supergrid, including multiple fish/mussel nodes, an inland lake, q41ish sand

Q91 kiln in the industrial area, various older ovens, q100+ steel crucibles and smelters etc in captain's quarters

A bunch of plots, 40 tall by 55 wide, on the south side. One of these is occupied. I will give you contact info for skype to talk with him about whether he stays or goes. If he wants to stay you must agree to let him stay.

I have keys to almost every plot and each one that is walled has its own crossroad. You'll want to re-key all of the gates anyways probably.

There is a village keep with its own commons, for those in the village who like plot living with a communal ability.

This village was built WITHOUT BOTS, double-walled (triple if you count plot walls etc), has its own unique feel and wide roads for wagon travel. Has been a rather safe place because of its location all the way out in the boonies. There is a large walled-in area to the north that is unused atm, could be turned into more plots, a community area, a public or private spar area, crystal meth manufacturing facility, whatever you desire. Except meth. Cause drugs are bad. mmmkay

It's also worth noting my village is already close-ish to the old site. I've been spawning newbies there and walking the streets as an intro to the game.
