Looking to sell a village [sold]

Selling off an old village of mine, I'll still be ramchecking it with a bot until the sale is made so you can take your time collecting the payment.

Selling a village with 2 brickwalled swamps and an enclosed bay, the bay is around q 30 for mussels and the swamps are both q30~ and there is plenty of room to build.

No one is currently oathed to this idol other than my lawspeaker and a worker alt so you don't have to break the idol if you do not want to, but I would be willing to provide the materials for a new idol should you choose to vclaim it again.

Underground there is mid-high tier industry with a few kilns over q92 along with smelters and forges.
Underground there is also a very large brickwall factory which I can provide bots for.
Both fully brickwalled with idols.

I am willing to sell the whole place for 150 pearls but feel free to PM me to offer something else.
I won't be giving out any info about this base other than what I've said so far unless the person actually seems interested in buying the place, and has the means to do so.

I'm willing to keep the pclaim up until you're able to claim the place yourself, keys and LS will be handed over after the payment is made
